Mr. Grimes delivered fast, friendly service in July! He didn't mind my standing about to see what they were doing - he encouraged it! He was punctual and attended to the job efficiently. As I overheard him and his coworker interacting, they spoke clearly and kindly to one another.
I will definitely call Grimes and Galan for my next heating/air conditioning crisis! (Let's face it - it's a crisis when the AC goes out in Texas!)
