I called Dennis Grimes to repair my heating system. He showed up within an hour and promptly diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the unit. He was very professional and courteous. Dennis is very honest and compassionate. He installed heating and air conditioning units for me. There was an issue with the unit that was installed in my home which would never would have been obvious to me, but Dennis told me about it and made good on the difference. He made an effort to get my unit working even though he was unable to work on it himself that day and in the heat of the day - I had ac working the same day.

Mr. Grimes delivered fast, friendly service in July! He didn't mind my standing about to see what they were doing - he encouraged it! He was punctual and attended to the job efficiently. Wanted to say Fathers Day week-end and I went to visit my son in College Station and around 8-9pm Saturday evening the ac stopped working. I found three AC companies and contacted them all on the internet, an hour later Dennis Grimes emailed me and we set up a early morning appointment for fathers day! He was there found and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours. I never met Dennis as I returned home before he arrived but he has great communications and tells you what needs to be done, and acts like the money will be coming out of his pocket – he watches out for the customers and their money – thanks and I will be sure to always use his services!

I came home the evening of 8/23 around 7:30pm to discover that the central A/C in my house had stopped working. By the time I was able to start calling some local companies it was around 9pm; out of quite a few places I called at that hour, Dennis was one of two who answered. We were able to arrange an appointment for the following afternoon, and he was able to quickly make the relevant repairs. Very courteous and professional all around. Pricing was reasonable. All around, a positive experience. I particularly appreciate him making the effort to respond to a call at such a late hour.

Our air conditioner stopped running effectively last week. It was in the middle of a heat wave so we needed someone to fix it ASAP.
