There was an issue with the unit that was installed in my home which would never would have been obvious to me, but Dennis told me about it and made good on the difference. By the time I was able to start calling some local companies it was around 9pm; out of quite a few places I called at that hour, Dennis was one of two who answered. We were able to arrange an appointment for the following afternoon, and he was able to quickly make the relevant repairs. Very courteous and professional all around. Pricing was reasonable. Wanted to say Fathers Day week-end and I went to visit my son in College Station and around 8-9pm Saturday evening the ac stopped working. I found three AC companies and contacted them all on the internet, an hour later Dennis Grimes emailed me and we set up a early morning appointment for fathers day! He was there found and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours. I never met Dennis as I returned home before he arrived but he has great communications and tells you what needs to be done, and acts like the money will be coming out of his pocket – he watches out for the customers and their money – thanks and I will be sure to always use his services!
