In order to keep our service prices low for the College Station and Bryan region, we keep overhead to a minimum: insurance, transportation, and phone/internet.
Referrals Instead of Ads
One strategy for keeping prices low is to eliminate phone book advertising. This saves me $400 monthly, the cost of a small in-column ad. (It’s no surprise that the big companies charge $200 per hour to cover such expensive advertising.) So referrals and word-of-mouth advertising are essential.
